The Budget: It may seem intimidating, but we will go through some step by step processes, and together we will formulate a budget to fit your needs. On top of that, we will monitor the budget from day one to make sure you're sticking to it, and will be happy to re-work it if you change your mind during the planning process.

Vendor Acquisition:We will be happy to contact vendors to obtain their availability and price quotes, as well as obtain their contracts for you. We offer extensive knowledge of local vendors in every aspect of wedding planning and would be happy to provide you with five in your budget in each category. We will even be happy to provide personal reviews that we have gathered through working with these professionals.

A Perfect Checklist:As a bride, you would probably like the confidence of knowing that you're on the right track, and we will make sure you feel that way with our comprehensive check list, organized by month, leading up to the big day! On top of that, we will be sure to send you little e-reminders when it's getting close to due dates!

Etiquette Guidance:There are always a few situations which you will be asking yourself "What's the proper etiquette in this situation?" We will be there happy to answer those questions.

Monthly Progress Meetings:We will make sure that you are on top of planning and sticking to the timeline. We will also provide the assurance that you won't feel like you're falling behind.

Vendor Referral:We offer extensive knowledge of local vendors in every aspect of wedding planning and would be happy to provide you with five in your budget in each category. We will even be happy to provide personal reviews that we have gathered through working with these professionals.

Vendor Meetings and Questions:We have a list of important questions that you should ask your vendors when first meeting them. They are a great way to learn what you want in your vendors as well as making the most of your meetings with them! If we're available, we'd be happy to attend your vendor meetings to make sure your ideas are well represented.

Site Design:Early within the planning process, we will visit your site with you to help you realize how your vision can be brought to life. Then, on your wedding day, we will make it happen.

Creation of Day-of Action List:We will create a list of everything that must be done before you walk down the aisle and before you enter the reception room. No details are too small to make this list, and we will make sure that each is checked off as everything becomes set, and as the day commences.

Creation of a Comprehensive Timeline:We will work with you to create a timeline that will be followed on the wedding day. The best part is that you will be able to forget there ever was a schedule! We will make sure to encourage things to happen without people even realizing that they're keeping to a timeline.

Vendor Organization and Confirmation:We will put all of your vendor information in one convenient place. We will call them a week prior the wedding to confirm all of their services, and provide them with our contact numbers in case questions arise that we can answer. We will also send them the wedding day timeline.

Rehearsal Direction:We will be happy to make sure that everyone knows who they are lined up with, that readers know their cue, and that the flower girls are more excited than anyone! We will also be happy to give the ushers a quick "Seating 101." **Dependent on time and location of the Rehearsal**

Set Up Coordination:We are happy to be the first to arrive and help set up the ceremony site, whether it be putting out the programs, floral decorations or making pew bows. We would be happy to do it all! From there we head over to the reception site and make sure that everything is set as per our prearranged plan from our walk through and extensive written plan.

Picture Prep:We offer an extensive "must take" photo list. If you have hired our assistant, they will be made available to assist in making sure all of the photos are taken by coordinating family and bridal party members.

Managing the Event:Simply put; your plan executed. This involves keeping to the timeline, being a liaison between vendors, acting as your personal assistant, all while keeping a cool composure, and maintaining pure professionalism.

Wrapping it Up:We will make sure all of your gifts are brought to the right car at the end of the night and will also make sure that every personal touch that you provided ends up with a friend or family member of your choice at the end of the night.

Emergency Kit:Everyone is always amazed by what we fit into this little box! We can fix almost anything with its contents; sewing kit, tissues, Q-tips, nail polish, chalk, baby power, and so much more! This is a favorite feature for most brides.

Unlimited Correspondence:Whether you need an answer via phone or e-mail, we will make sure that we are available to you and will always respond within 24 hours when we are in the office.
